Two Voices, One Rhythm

The art fairs in Los Angeles kicked off on February 26, and it’s going to be an ART-lapalooza with six art fairs. I’m joining Susan Tompkins in a collaborative art project called Call and Response organized by Kristine Schomaker at the Start Up Art Fair.

Imagine two artists with studios 210 miles apart, each with their own unique style! One uses a vibrant color palette and organic shapes, while the other opts for a minimal palette and a more structured approach. Together there is cohesiveness and a playful collaboration. Our book is titled Two Voices, One Rhythm.

Call and Response is a collection of over 74 collaborative artist books created by artists all over the globe, randomly matched and then came up with something entirely new together. Big shout out to Susan Tompkins… best partner ever!
